Payment will be required in full on request of the form/paperwork being completed. Payment for medicals, POA/COP will be required in full at time of booking appointment.
There may be a charge for other work which is not listed above. Please check at reception for the correct fee. All of the above are completed at the GP’s discretion and we refuse the right to decline any private work. All reports/letters will take 30 working days from payment.
